This new 2 bedroom private villa is situated in the countryside, surrounded by a working organic olive grove, 4km from the village of La Corte, 14km from the beach and 25km from the town of Alghero in north west Sardinia.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 shower rooms and a sofa bed in the living area in the open-plan kitchen/diner with table and chairs, TV, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and iron. e villa boasts its own swimming pool and secluded gardens.

There is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias situated around the historic old town with ramparts, character cobbled streets and piazzas. The shops offer the best selection on the island and there is a weekly market with fresh local produce.
The town is fronted by a 5km long white sandy beach with clear sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. There is a port offering boat hire and boat trips to Capo Caccia and Neptune’s Caves.
